The MentorsHub platform is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the MentorsHub platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the MentorsHub platform.

The MentorsHub platform allows users to create and share content, such as messages, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create and share through the MentorsHub platform
By creating and sharing User Content through the MentorsHub platform, you grant MentorsHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the MentorsHub platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses granted in this section, and that your User Content does not violate any third party rights or applicable laws.

The MentorsHub platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the MentorsHub platform without our prior written consent.

The MentorsHub platform is provided (“as is”) and (“as available”) without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the MentorsHub platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may result from your use of the MentorsHub platform.

In no event shall MentorsHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the MentorsHub platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MentorsHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the MentorsHub platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate your access to the MentorsHub platform at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia and, by entering into this Agreement, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through the MentorsHub platform. Your continued use of the MentorsHub platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
